• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the website.

How we use it and why

• To reply to your enquiry and provide any services you ask for (legitimate interests or steps before a contract).
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interests).

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our hosting provider and form or email providers, under appropriate data protection terms. Some providers may process data outside the UK with suitable safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as required for contractual and legal purposes.
